Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing: you see the exact charge or credit before confirming.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year for 12 months of service and save 15% versus paying month-to-month: that’s $63/user/year on Standard and $117/user/year on Professional. You can switch back to monthly anytime from Billing.
What are the record limits?
Standard includes up to 1,000 total records (contacts, accounts, deals combined). Professional includes up to 10,000 records. Enterprise offers unlimited records for teams that need to scale.
What's included in onboarding?
All paid plans include guided onboarding, data migration assistance, and team training to get you up and running quickly.
Which email providers do you support?
Today you can connect a Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox for email send, inbound sync, and open/click engagement tracking. Google Workspace / Gmail support is on the near-term roadmap. If Gmail is a hard requirement for your team, let us know and we’ll share the timeline. A public API and additional integrations are also on the broader roadmap.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access control, full tenant isolation, and complete audit trails. Formal compliance certifications are in progress.
